Logistics Property Finds Tenant for 1M-SF Wilmer Warehouse

Logistics Property Company (LogiPropCo) has leased 1,079,395 square feet of warehouse space at Southport Logistics Park, Building 1 in Wilmer, to CJ Logistics America, a supply chain subsidiary of the global firm CJ Group.

Southport Logistics Park is a three-building, 252-acre development in the South Dallas submarket. Positioned one mile east of Interstate 45, the park’s location offers proximity to the Union Pacific Intermodal and is just 15 minutes from downtown Dallas. The industrial park is fully leased up.

LogiPropCo’s Max Mueller, Daniel Davidson, Jonathan Snow, and J.C. Hay were supported by CBRE’s Kacy Jones and John Hendricks in leasing the space. The tenant was represented by Rob Wheeler, Trevor Ragsdale, Melissa Holland, and JM Priddy of JLL.

While the three completed buildings are rented out, Southport Logistics Park offers a build-to-suit opportunity for up to 935,000 square feet of space.
