Logistics Property Company Signs 846K SF Lease in WA Industrial Park

Logistics Property Company, LLC, a logistics real estate developer, has executed two full building leases totaling 845,618 square feet at LPC’s Frederickson ONE Logistics Park. With the deals, the Class A industrial park in Washington’s Frederickson Industrial Corridor is now fully leased.

Frederickson ONE is strategically located within 25 minutes of the Port of Tacoma and an hour from the Port of Seattle. The site is comprised of 3 million square feet across six buildings. Other park tenants include Ace Hardware, Holman Logistics, a Fortune 100 e-retailer, and a global furniture retailer.

LPC’s Drew Zaborowski, senior vice president, Pacific Northwest region, and Joe Sandhu, senior vice president, project Management, were supported by Colliers’ Matt McGregor and Bill Condon in the brokerage of the two buildings located on 34th Avenue East. Patrick Mullin and Scott Alan at Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant for the Building 4 and Building 7 leases.
