Logistics Property Company Closes on Land for Schaumburg Two-Building Development

Logistics Property Company, LLC has closed on a 22-acre site at I-390 Frontage Road and Irving Park Road in Schaumburg, Illinois.

When complete, 390 O’Hare Logistics Park will total 443,160 square feet across two, 221,580-square-foot buildings, each featuring 36’ clear height, 33 docks, and parking for 140 cars. Logistics Property Company’s Ben Fish, Vice President – Development, Midwest Region and Vince Pergande, Vice President – Project Management, Midwest Region were supported by David Haigh and Nick Feczko of NAI Hiffman in the sourcing of the land.

Haigh and Feczko will also serve as the project’s leasing representatives. Arete Design Studio is the project architect and Manhard Consulting is the civil engineer. Construction is expected to commence in July of this year. The location offers immediate access to Route 390 and proximity to O’Hare International Airport. 390 O’Hare Logistics Park is expected to be complete in Q3 2027.
