Logistics Property Company Announces Drew Zaborowski as SVP

Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC), a rapidly growing industrial real estate developer, investor, and manager, has hired Drew Zaborowski as Senior Vice President, Northwest Market Leader.

Based in Seattle, Zaborowski will be responsible for identifying new development opportunities in the region and managing the development process from start to finish. He will also manage LPC’s existing Northwest portfolio of over 3 million square feet of Class A logistics facilities in addition to land currently held for development.  

Drew brings more than twelve years of experience in the region. Most recently, he spent ten years with Avenue 55, a private industrial developer, managing all aspects of development on projects in the Pacific Northwest and Northern Nevada submarkets. Zaborowski holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Washington State University, and he is actively involved in the Seattle NAIOP chapter and serves as a NAIOP Washington board member.
