Logistics helming 400K-SF Austin industrial project

Logistics Property Building 400K-SF Austin Infill Site

Logistics Property Company started its first development in Austin, Texas. Along with Logistics, Opportunity Austin, FCL Builders, and AQUILA Commercial are also part of the project.

The two-building, 400,000 SF development is an infill site in Northeast Austin, located approximately one mile from TX-130 and less than 20 minutes from downtown. Building 1 of 12821 Titanium Street provides a nearly 175,000-square-foot rear-load warehouse, and Building 2 will be a 233,000-square-foot cross-dock warehouse, allowing maximum flexibility for end users. Upon delivery, the buildings will be ready for occupancy with power, lighting, and spec offices in place.

FCL Builders is the general contractor, McFarland Architecture is the architect, and GarzaEMC is the civil engineer. 12821 Titanium Street will be delivered in Q2 2025.

Logistics says its portfolio currently comprises 52 buildings across 23 million square feet in key logistics markets across North America, with an estimated end value of more than $3 billion.
