Logistics Plus Signs 744K-SF Wilmer Warehouse Lease

Logistics Plus has signed a 744,452-square-foot industrial lease in the southern Dallas suburb of Wilmer. The Pennsylvania-based provider of freight and fulfillment services will occupy the entire Building 2 within the Southport Logistics Center, an approximately 1.5 million-square-foot development. Building 2 features 123 dock doors, three drive-in doors and 4,647 square feet of speculative office space. Building 1, still vacant, includes 121 dock doors, four drive-in doors, 389 car parking spaces, 170 trailer parking spaces, and 3,534 square feet of speculative office space. 

Kurt Griffin and Nathan Orbin of JLL represented the landlord, a joint venture between Bandera Ventures and Invesco Real Estate, in the lease negotiations.

In addition to the Wilmer site, Logistics Plus has another warehouse in Haslet. The facilities have a combined 2 million square feet of storage space in the region.

Logistics Plus has over 12 million square feet of commercial warehouse space across North America.
