Logistics Firms Take 188K-SF in Compton

Two full building tenants committed to a total of 188,000 square feet of space at Dominguez Hills Industrial Center in Compton, CA. The leases consisted of a newly renovated 109,084-square-foot cross-dock, logistics building at 2511 S. Edison Wy., and a 79,009-square-foot industrial building at 255 Victoria St.
Exclusive Global Logistics, a third-party logistics provider, leased 2511 S. Edison in a space expansion from its HQ in San Diego. Colliers International’s James Min represented the tenant.
SSB, LLC, a third-party logistics provider focused on customers in the apparel industry, took the entire 255 Victoria. Lee & Associates’ Edward Lee represented the tenant.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Rooney Daschbach, Steve Bohannon, Rusty Smith and Eric Daschbach represented the landlord.
