Logistics Firm Leases 248K-SF Elmhurst Warehouse

CTL Global, a Chicago-area logistics and fulfillment company founded in 1978, will be expanding into a 248,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility at 1000 N. County Line Rd. in Elmhurst, IL.

The Elmhurst facility, CTL’s fourth in the Chicagoland area, will allow the company to gain operational efficiencies and continue to service its nationwide clients. Colliers’ James Estus and Jonathan Kohn represented ownership.

“As CTL Global’s real estate advisor over the past 15 years, we were tasked with the challenge of finding a facility that could accommodate growth and allow them to operate in a cost-effective manner,” said Cresa’s Edward Lowenbaum. “The County Line facility provides both functionality with its state-of-the-art construction, and lower operating costs as a result of its DuPage County location.”

CTL’s Josh Miller added that the expansion occurs as the company readies for the third and fourth quarters, when “volume in our clients’ supply chain is at its peak.”
