Logistics Park

Logistics Firm Building 1.45M-SF DFW Industrial Park

Logistics Property purchased a 109-acre site in Grand Prairie with plans to develop what it calls Bear Creek Logistics Park. The site is located at 701 West Rock Island Road, south of Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.

Logistics Property plans to begin construction shortly on the five-building park totaling 1.45 million square feet, with work spanning two phases. Opening is expected in early 2028.

The first phase of the logistic park’s construction will include two buildings, spanning a combined 534,378 square feet.

Logistics Property’s portfolio includes roughly 6.7 million square feet in Texas, including about 5 million square feet in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. It owns or is developing 27.9 million square feet of logistics facilities across 14 U.S. markets.

Bear Creek Logistics Park is expected to deliver in early 2028.
