Logicalis Renews 7K-SF at One Pennsylvania Plaza

Logicalis, an international IT solutions and managed services provider, renewed its five-year lease for a 6,939-square-foot office space at One Pennsylvania Plaza, a 2.7 million-square-foot, 57-story office tower in Midtown Manhattan.

Yarden Drimmer, Matthew Fisher, Justin Lerner and Conor Golden of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction on behalf of the tenant.

One Pennsylvania Plaza offers tenants expansive views of New York City, and 24-hour security and key card access. Additional tenants include Citigroup and Cisco Systems.
