Loeb & Loeb Extends Longtime 345 Park Tenancy with Expansion to 179K SF
Global law firm Loeb & Loeb LLP is expanding and extending its long-held New York headquarters lease at Rudin’s 345 Park Ave. In a 16-year lease extension, Loeb & Loeb will maintain its existing 160,051 square feet across four floors, while adding 18,908 square feet on a fifth floor. An occupant of 345 Park since 1993, Loeb & Loeb’s footprint will grow to 178,959 square feet in the first quarter of 2027.
