Loeb & Loeb Expands New York Team 

Loeb & Loeb’s New York office has hired Lawrence (Larry) Simon as a partner in the Real Estate department. Simon brings extensive experience representing clients in various real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, developments, investments, and leases. Simon represents owners and operators of properties containing more than four million square feet of space in the New York Metropolitan area.   

Simon joins the firm from Morrison Cohen. He follows Andrew ArsiotisStephen BudowHenry ZangaraMichael MartellMatthew FriedmanSteven Rockoff and Michael Barry who joined Loeb & Loeb from Morrison Cohen in March, and Joshua Saidlower and Michael Weinstein who also joined Loeb & Loeb from Morrison Cohen this month.
