Lodgic Hospitality Kicks Off Element Hotel Construction

Lodgic Hospitality, headquartered in Webster, TX, began work on a 12-story Element Hotel in Irving, TX’s Las Colinas submarket. The 157-key project is being built on Carpenter Freeway (SH 114) and Meadow Creek Drive, near Spur 348.

The new hotel, planned as an extended-stay property, will have larger rooms that include kitchenettes. Mayse & Associates is the architect of the hotel, which will include a ballroom and meeting space on the top floor. There are also communal suites on the 10th and 11th floors, allowing group guests to have up to four king rooms, with a layout that connects those rooms to a gathering area with a large television and dining room.

DDG Construction is the general contractor.
