Lockton Re Inks 19K-SF Lease at 261 Fifth Avenue

The Feil Organization has signed a 10-year lease with reinsurance firm Lockton Re for a 19,326-square-foot space at 261 Fifth Avenue in Midtown South. Lockton Re is relocating its headquarters to the renovated 25-story tower in the NoMad submarket from 48 West 25th Street.  

Feil Organization invested $20 million in revitalizing the building, offering customizable pre-build spaces. Additional leases include Performance Trust Capital Partners for 2,600 square feet and Catalyst Investors for 4,705 square feet.  

The Feil Organization was represented in-house, while Lockton Re was represented by Don Preate of JLL.
