Lockhill Properties Buys Two-Building East Village Package for $11M 

Lockhill Properties has acquired two adjoining, five-story, walk-up buildings in Manhattan’s East Village. The properties, mainly free-market, were sold for $10.8 million, equivalent to $802 per square foot. The seller, a long-term private investor who owned the buildings for over 30 years, was not identified.  

Located 175-177 East 3rd St., the buildings offer a total of 13,461 square feet of above-grade space, comprising 20 one-bedroom apartments, some of which have basement duplexes.  

JLL arranged the transaction with a team led by Hall Oster, Teddy Galligan, and Guthrie Garvin, .
