Local Seafood Concept Takes Over Former Houlihan’s Space

Red Hook Seafood, a locally based restaurant specializing in Cajun and Creole seafood, has leased a 6,500-square-foot freestanding retail building at The Village at Forum Parkway, a shopping center located at IH-35 and Loop 1604, for a new location in San Antonio. It’s taking over a space formerly occupied by Houlihan’s.

Robert King with Weitzman handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agent for the shopping center.

At The Village at Forum Parkway, the restaurant joins a lineup that includes Spec’s, Northern Tool + Equipment, Salons by JC, Factory Mattress and others.

Red Hook Seafood also operates a location at 6759 Northwest Loop 410. The new location is set to open in 2021.
