Local Law Firm Signs New Lease at 2 Houston Center
The law firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP signed a new lease for 22,627 square feet at 2 Houston Center, a Class A office tower at 909 Fannin St. Vorys is taking down space on the downtown property’s 27th floor, and will relocate in June.
Brookfield Properties, the landlord, was represented by Transwestern’s Doug Little, David Baker, Kelli Gault and Jack Scharnberg, as well as Brookfield’s Clint Bawcom. Tim Relyea and David Guion of Cushman & Wakefield were the tenant representatives.
Recent additions to Houston Center’s tenant roster also include Direct Energy and Gensler. Brookfield Properties announced plans in January for a major redevelopment of Houston Center.
