Ramey Mainstreet LLC, an investor located in the San Antonio area, acquired 152-170 South Main Street, a 15,300-square-foot landmark building in Boerne, TX’s old downtown. The facility, situated on approximately .4 acres, consists of 12,000-square-feet of street-level retail, and 3,300-square-feet of second-level space operated as a high-end boutique hotel, The William.

Charlie Riddle with Weitzman brokered the transaction between the buyer and seller, Bird Properties LLC, a private investor in Boerne.

The ground-floor retail is 100% occupied with tenants Cypress Grille, The Alley on Main and Jac’s Personal Touch. The new ownership will continue operating The William, which provides views of downtown Boerne from newly renovated suites.

Downtown Boerne is approximately 30 miles north of San Antonio. More than 140 historic structures remain in and around the downtown area.
