Local Investor Group Snaps Up Logan Square Portfolio

Essex Realty Group arranged the sale of the Logan Portfolio, a seven-property portfolio in the North Side’s Logan Square neighborhood. Elevate Group, a local investor group, acquired the portfolio for $4,300,000.

The 19-unit multifamily portfolio presented the opportunity to acquire immediate scale in a highly sought-after neighborhood.  “The portfolio includes seven properties, all located within four minutes or less of each other, at a relatively high cap rate for the area,” said Essex director Abe Eilian.
Eilian, with Essex principal Doug Fisher and director Matt Feo, brokered the transaction. “The buyers own multifamily and single-family rental properties throughout Chicago and were well equipped to take on seven separate buildings at once,” continued Eilian.

The building addresses are:  1808 N. Mozart St., 1805 N. Francisco Ave., 2128 N. Bingham St., 2864 W. McLean Ave., 2751 W. Francis Pl., 3138 W. Wabansia Ave.  and 1624 N. Washtenaw Ave.
