Local Docs Snag Neighboring Medical Suites in Encinitas

Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of two medical office condo suites for a combined price of $2.86 million in Encinitas, CA. The offices are located adjacent to one another in a freestanding building, and both were acquired by local doctors in separate deals.

The suites, located at 700 Garden View Ct., are in close proximity to North Coast Health Center and within a few miles from Scripps Hospital. The property is also close to Interstate 5 and numerous retail amenities.

CushWake’s Brooks Campbell, who represented the same seller in both transactions, said, “San Diego remains a highly desirable market for medical/healthcare use, and these condo suites provided a great opportunity for these practitioners to position themselves in a strategic location while also owning their real estate.”
