Local Developer Planning 18K-SF Industrial Complex

Longview Mechanical Contractors is planning to build three 6,000-square-foot industrial buildings at 900, 902 and 906 Pierce Lane in Longview, TX. The developer will lease the space for manufacturing and other industrial uses. The buildings will have a combined value of approximately $1.05 million.

Groundwork has begun on the project. A completion date hasn’t been released. To date, the Longview Development Services Department issued a commercial plumbing permit to install plumbing for the building at 900 Pierce Lane.

Tommy Balboa, David Funderburk and Randy Funderburk own the local Longview Mechanical Builders and investment arm, D&R Investments.
