BBG, an independent commercial real estate valuation, advisory and appraisal firm headquartered in Dallas, acquired Trager Property Advisors, which is in New Braunfels, TX in the San Antonio metro. The acquisition brings the total number of BBG offices to 25 nationwide.

BBG appointed Travis Taylor, who led Trager Property, as managing director of the San Antonio office. TPA’s other employees will join the BBG office. Taylor has more than 15 years of experience in providing commercial real estate valuation and consulting services to clients throughout the South Texas market, which includes San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Laredo, the Rio Grande Valley and other areas.

Taylor currently serves as President of the South Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. He also is the regional representative of the chapter, a representative of the institute’s Leadership Development Advisory Council, and a board member of the San Antonio/South Texas Chapter of the CCIM.
