LoanDepot Boosts O.C. HQ Footprint
LoanDepot, a non-bank mortgage lender based in Foothill Ranch, has doubled its office space in Orange County and is now at 238,000 square feet. The office property is called Towne Centre Plaza, according to Loopnet.
LoanDepot also has a dual headquarters in Plano, Tex., and more than 130 branches across the country. The firm was founded in 2010.
