LMC has broken ground on Artemas, a mid-rise multifamily apartment community in the Boston submarket of Everett, MA. Artemas is LMC’s second recently started community in Boston; construction on Harper in the academic neighborhood of Allston is underway.

Artemas will bring 396 units and 1,500 square feet of retail to Everett’s Fermentation District, which is home to breweries and distilleries. The property will offer studio, one-and two-bedroom apartments, some with dens. Amenities include pool, multiple courtyards with grills and fire pits, fitness center, club and pub rooms, indoor/outdoor sky lounge and work-from-home spaces, dog park and pet spa. Artemas residents will also have access to bike storage, leasable storage spaces, and a 500-space parking garage.

The Norman Street community is near axe-throwing, rock climbing, an indoor trampoline park and the Northern Strand Community Trail. The location is a short walk to the MBTA Orange Line T (Wellington Station) and MBTA bus routes
