L+M Names SVP Stephen Bonasera Partner 

L+M Development Partners announced that Stephen Bonasera, Senior Vice President of Preconstruction, will become a Partner, enhancing the firm’s operations and portfolio growth in NYC and nationwide.  

With over 25 years of industry experience, including 15 at L+M, Bonasera has overseen projects from design to construction. He has expanded the Preconstruction team to 14 members, focusing on sustainable and resilient developments, including passive house design principles.  

Bonasera’s team focuses on new construction tactics to meet evolving codes, emphasizing solar, geothermal, and air source heat pump technology. “Throughout his career at L+M, Stephen has been a key part of our company’s success by leading new initiatives, fostering design efficiencies and overseeing the expansion of our Preconstruction team,” said Lisa Gomez, CEO and Partner of L+M Development Partners.
