LM Construction’s latest offering will consist of eight freestanding buildings that will be available to two occupants per building. The Nancy J Industrial Park off the East Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson will have over 40,000 square feet under roof. Each building includes 4 9×10′ dock loading doors and 2 12’x14′ grade level doors, 24′ clear height and rear loading access. It’s not far from the Lake Mead Recreation area, Lake Las Vegas and downtown Henderson, which borders SE Las Vegas. LM Construction expects the buildings to be available January 2024.

LM’s Larry Monkarsh added, “These buildings are perfect for an owner-user whereby the owner can lease out half the building and reduce their carrying costs. The industrial sector Valley wide is at historical lows when it comes to vacancy rates.” Avison Young’s Chris Lexis and Joe Leavitt have been brought on as leasing agents.
