L&L Holding, Columbia Property Top Out Chelsea Terminal Warehouse
L&L Holding Company and Columbia Property Trust have reached a milestone in redeveloping Terminal Warehouse, a historic building in West Chelsea.
Located at 261 11th Ave, the six-story vertical expansion of the building has been topped off, marking progress in transforming the 1.3 million-square-foot property into a wellness-focused workplace and retail destination.
The redevelopment includes the addition of six new office floors, a central courtyard, and nearly 2.5 acres of outdoor and green space. The project is expected to deliver space starting in 2024.
“…as the only campus of its size expected to come online over the next few years, Terminal Warehouse will be in high demand from companies that, as their leases roll over, are looking for healthier, more inspirational and productive environments for their people,” said David Orowitz, managing director and principal at L&L Holding Company.
