Living Spaces to Come Alive Locally

Living Spaces, one of the West Coast’s largest value furniture chains, is planning an expansion to northwest San Antonio. The La Mirada, CA-based furniture store could launch construction as early as April 2018 on a new store and showroom at 4239 N. Loop 1604 W. The project, which is designed by Studio8 Architects, has a $13.7 million price tag, and a potential completion date of October 2018.

Living Spaces’ first Texas expansion was in Pflugerville, north of Austin. In July 2017, the company launched construction on a 650,000-square-foot showroom and warehouse that will sit on 60 acres. The $56 million project is expected to be completed in late 2018.
