Living Proof Leases Entire Floor at Brick-and-Beam Property in Seaport District

Life sciences firm Living Proof has executed a 14,085-square-foot lease for office and lab space at GENESIS 12 Farnsworth, a brick-and-beam property converted from office use and located at 12 Farnsworth St. in Boston’s Seaport District. Living Proof will relocate its operations from the Innovation & Design Building to the entire fifth floor of the prominent life science property owned by Phase 3 Real Estate Partners, Inc. (P3RE)

CBRE’s Eric Smith and Lauren Drakeley lead the leasing and marketing efforts for the property and represented building ownership in the lease negotiations. CBRE’s Tim Lahey acted on behalf of Living Proof.

“We completed the conversion of GENESIS 12 Farnsworth to create a ready-to-occupy life science environment that preserves the historical character of the building while delivering modern lab infrastructure,” said Morgan Weinstein, Northeast EVP at P3RE. “By offering fully built spec space in a prime Seaport location, we’re able to simplify real estate decisions so companies like Living Proof can focus on their teams, their growth, and their science.”
