Live Oak Town Center Adds Floor & Décor As New Anchor

Live Oak Town Center, a mixed-use project at IH-35 and Loop 1604 in the Live Oak suburb of San Antonio, has added new anchor Floor & Décor to the center. The Atlanta-based company, which specializes in hard-surface flooring, will occupy 79,681 square feet.

David Nicolson, president of the San Antonio office of Texas-based commercial real estate firm Weitzman, and Michael Schoenbrun, Weitzman San Antonio City Partner, handled negotiations for the center in both transactions.

At Live Oak Town Center, Floor & Décor joins co-anchor IKEA, which operates an approximately 300,000-square-foot store, its only South Texas location, and restaurants Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse and a soon-to-open BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse.

Live Oak Town Center, which will eventually encompass more than 800,000 square feet, is expected to be completed in several years.
