Live Nation Opening in Midtown in Former Playboy Club Space

Cachet Hotel NYC formed a partnership with Live Nation to procure and produce entertainment and concerts at the Cachet Hotel’s newly-built concert venue and event space.  The 14,000-square-foot venue recently opened within the Cachet Hotel NYC at 510 W. 42nd St. on Manhattan’s Far West Side.

The Live Nation venue, and Merchants Hospitality’s upcoming Merchants Steakhouse, recapture space formerly occupied by the revived Playboy Club. The club closed its doors recently, after opening a little more than a year ago.

While ticketed events are open to the public, dining guests of the hotel’s two eateries, along with Cachet Hotel VIPs, will have priority seating in the new Cachet concert venue.

“Live Nation’s successful track record building out VIP experiences shares the same brand ethos as Merchants Hospitality and its portfolio of properties,” said Abraham Merchant, CEO of Merchants Hospitality. Merchants and principals of Cachet acquired and developed the hotel in 2017.
