Live Nation Expands into 2nd Meatpacking District Property

Some 17 months after signing a sublease for the entirety of 430 W. 15th St. in the Meatpacking District, concert promoter Live Nation Worldwide has signed a new lease for part of the space next door.

CBRE’s James C. Ackerson, Paul J. Amrich and Neil King represented owners Rockpoint Group LLC in the Live Nation lease at 412 W. 15th St. The 20,756-square-foot space represents the 18-story property’s entire second and third floors.

Live Nation was represented by Chris Mongeluzo and Eric Zemechson of NKF in lease negotiations. Between 412 and 430 W. 15th, the parent company of Ticketmaster occupies about 120,000 square feet in the Meatpacking District. The Los Angeles-based company also has offices in Midtown.
