Little Leases Add Up to 25K-SF at 594 Broadway

Companies recently leased 25,413 square feet of space at 594 Broadway, a 12-story, 210,000-square-foot office building in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood.

– Solid State Consulting, 744 square feet
– Speed Media, 269 square feet
– Le Sak Paris, a retail pop-up,  3,850 square feet

The building, which was constructed in 1897, offers 24/7 access with an attended lobby, as well as a solar array and green roof plantings.
