Little Italy Mixed-Use Asset Sold for $6M 

A six-story mixed-use building in Little Italy was sold for $6 million. Located at 169 Mulberry St, the building was sold by a long-time private owner to a private investor.  

This property features 11 apartments and one retail space, with seven free-market units, one rent-stabilized unit, and three rent-controlled apartments. The retail space is occupied by the Italian restaurant La Mela, which has a lease in place through 2025.   

The JLL Capital Markets team that handled the sale included Hall Oster, Teddy Galligan, and Guthrie Garvin.
