Little Caesars’ $150M HQ Starts to Rise
Little Caesars of “pizza, pizza!” fame broke ground on its new, $150 million, nine-story, 234,000-square-foot world headquarters. The building, at Woodward Avenue and Columbia Street in Detroit’s central business district, is scheduled for a 2018 completion.
The structure is the first major downtown Detroit construction in close to 15 years. The new building will be connected to the pizza chain’s existing headquarters in the Fox Office Center by a pedestrian bridge. The building’s façade will be made of glass to be shaped as pizza slice triangles.
