Lisle Offices Trade to Local Investor

Colliers International | Chicago’s Alissa Adler and John Homsher, CCIM, arranged the sale of 2400 Ogden Ave. in Lisle, IL, on behalf of an institutional seller to a local investor. The sale price was not disclosed.

Built in 2000, 2400 Ogden Ave. is a 121,000-square-foot office situated on 10.39 acres. The property provides easy access to major interstates, including I-88 and I-355. For users seeking a more controlled environment, the building also provides three means of ingress and egress.

At the time of sale, 2400 Ogden was 71% leased to two tenants: ARRIS Solutions, Inc., a global communications technology company, and Automated Logic, a building automation system manufacturer.

“We’ve seen an increased interest in single-story, suburban office buildings since the pandemic began,” said Adler, SVP with Colliers | Chicago. “2400 Ogden’s profile, along with its strong tenant roster, made this an attractive asset even in a tough climate.”
