Lisa McCracken Joins NIC as Head of Research and Analytics 

The National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC) has appointed Lisa S. McCracken as head of research and analytics, effective October 1. McCracken will lead NIC’s research and analytics team, focusing on generating actionable, data-driven insights on industry trends and challenges.  

McCracken currently serves as the director of senior living research and development with Ziegler, an investment bank for senior housing and care. She began her career as a research analyst at Holleran, a healthcare and aging services research and consulting firm, where she was promoted to vice president of research, managing partner and ultimately president between 2009 and 2013. 

“Lisa’s unique background in senior housing, finance and healthcare gives her the perfect mix of knowledge, skills and leadership to propel NIC forward during a period of industry-wide challenges and opportunities,” said Susan Barlow, chair of NIC’s board of directors.
