Liquidnet Takes 125K SF at the New York Times Building

Liquidnet Holdings, an electronic trading network, subleased four floors at 620 Eighth Ave., a 52-story office tower also known as the New York Times Building, in Midtown Manhattan. The company will fill 126,427 square feet at the million-square-foot building, which first opened in 2007.

“The New York Times Building offered a large block of contiguous space in one of Midtown’s most modern office buildings, but at a lower operating cost than much of the newer product available,” said David Dusek of JLL, who with Mitchell Konsker represented Liquidnet in the transaction.

Andrew Sachs and Bill Levitsky of NKF represented the building owner.
