Lionheart Strategic Management Hires GC

Lionheart Strategic Management LLC, an affiliate of Fisher Brothers that manages capital on behalf of third-party investors, hired Andrew Mandelbaum in its legal and compliance division as director and general counsel. He will oversee the legal, disclosure, and compliance processes in regard to fund formation, capital raising, tax, operations and more. 

Mandelbaum brings to Lionheart nearly a decade of experience advising investment managers on the structuring, formation and fundraising of private investment vehicles, advising on co-investment strategies, and leading negotiations across various industries. Most recently, he served as an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP. 

“With his comprehensive skillset and years of experience in the investment and private equity sector, Andrew will contribute to our continued growth and expansion of the investment portfolio in the United States and beyond,” said Sebastian Post, managing director and co-head of investments at Lionheart Strategic Management.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 16-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter.
