Linlo Properties Acquires West Shore Office Center in Pennsylvania

Linlo Properties has acquired the seven-story, 91,306-square-foot office building located at 214 Senate Avenue in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.

Situated on 4.44 acres in the heart of the Camp Hill Business District, the property benefits from its prime location bordering Route 15 Bypass and adjacent to Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital. Currently, the West Shore Office Center boasts 100% occupancy, featuring a prestigious tenant roster that includes Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, JEM Group, Hersha Hospitality, and the Army Corp. of Engineers.

Purchasing this property adds a fully leased, Class A asset to Linlo’s growing portfolio of properties across Central Pennsylvania, all of which Linlo owns, builds, and manages with its own in-house team. The acquisition followed a marketing process, during which ownership and CBRE selected Linlo Properties to acquire the property.

CBRE’s Steve Marzullo, Adam Silverman, Jeremy Shyk, and David Sickler represented the seller and directly procured the buyer. This deal marks the second consecutive sale of 214 Senate Avenue for the team, with the first occurring in 2017 as part of a larger $20.6 million, two-property sale.
