Link Logistics Acquires 400K-SF Industrial Asset in Louisville

Link Logistics, an operator of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties, announced the addition to its portfolio of a 402,444-square-foot industrial asset located at 5100 Jeff Commerce Drive in Louisville, Kentucky.

Link Logistics was represented by CBRE in the transaction. The seller was represented by NAI Fortis and Lee & Associates. Located in Louisville’s Southside/Airport submarket, the property offers proximity to UPS Worldport, GE Appliance Park and the Ford Assembly Plant.
