Richmond, VA-based Lingerfelt, a real estate investment and asset management company, and private markets firm Partners Group, private markets firm, have purchased the Northlake and Walthall distribution centers located in the Richmond, VA MSA. The four-building Class A multi-tenant logistics portfolio totals 1.2 million square feet.

Patrick Nally, Bill Prutting, Pete Pittroff, Craig Childs, Dave Andrews, Josh McArdle and Zach Lloyd of JLL represented the seller in the transaction. JLL’s Ed Coco, Rob Carey, Chris Hew and Augustus Caiola secured acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer.

The institutional-grade logistics facilities, developed between 2000 and 2003, feature cross-dock and rear-load configurations, market-appropriate 32-foot clear heights and ESFR fire protection. The facilities are 100% leased to 18 tenants.  The portfolio is located along the I-95 logistics and distribution super corridor for access to Richmond MSA and Washington, DC. The assets also feature connectivity the Richmond Marine Terminal, Richmond International Airport, the Port of Virginia and the I-85 logistics corridor.
