Lindsay Brown Joins Campus Advantage in New Role

Student housing developer, investor and manager Campus Advantage hired Lindsay Brown for the newly-created role of Vice President of Leasing. In her new position, Brown will oversee the Austin-based company’s leasing department, as well as all leasing activity across the portfolio.

Brown comes to the position from Asset Campus Housing, where she implemented marketing initiatives and strategies for more than 210 properties containing 112,000 beds across the United States. The University of Florida graduate has also held jobs with GMH and Campus Club.

“I am confident that her historical success in quickly identifying market issues, combined with her significant experience with leasing and marketing for student housing, will help take the Campus Advantage portfolio to the next level,” said Campus Advantage President and CEO Mike Peter.
