Lincoln’s Flight Approved for Take Off

Dallas-based Lincoln Property Co. and partner Boston-based Alcion Ventures received unanimous approval from the Tustin, CA city council to develop Flight, an innovative 870,000-square-foot office campus. The high-tech complex is located on a roughly 38-acre site overlooking a 26-acre park and within Tustin Legacy, the 1,600-acre former Marine Corps Air Station.

Flight features a mixed-use, collaborative work environment, encompassing four buildings connected via a series of exterior balconies, catwalks, operable windows and outdoor work space. The Rios Clementi Hale Studios-designed buildings shift core elements to the exterior, providing uninterrupted and efficient floor plates.

The initial phase of construction is anticipated to begin early next year, and be completed in 14 to 18 months. The second phase, slated to begin at lease-up of phase one, will include more than 470,000 square feet of office space, Mess Hall and the conference center.
