Lincoln Ventures to Build 625-Unit MXU Project in East Austin

Austin-based developer Lincoln Ventures has announced plans to build a 625-unit mixed-use multifamily project in East Austin.

Located at 2700 E. Fifth St., the six-story project will consist of a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as retail space preleased to Fleet Coffee café and a regional grocery store. Amenities at the project will include two swimming pools, a fitness center, coworking space, a dog park and spa as well as a catering kitchen. In addition, 10% of the units will be reserved as affordable housing.

Construction on the project is expected to commence in the second half of 2022 and is slated to be completed by summer 2024.

“This stretch of East Austin continues to see high demand from all major real estate sectors due to the walkability and dynamic nature of this thriving corridor that offers a unique resident experience,” said David Kanne, CEO at Lincoln Ventures.
