Lincoln Ventures Elevates Francisco Rios to Chief Investment Officer

Lincoln Ventures, an Austin-based student housing and multifamily developer, recently promoted Francisco Rios to chief investment officer. In this role, Rios leads the firm’s investment strategy with the goal of further expanding Lincoln Ventures’ U.S. portfolio.

Rios joined Lincoln Ventures in August 2020 and has played a leadership role in several marquee development projects since then. As a key member of the executive team, Rios will also work to establish corporate priorities, growth strategies and company-wide initiatives.

His breadth of experience includes real estate and corporate private equity in the United States and Latin America, high-yield credit investing, and mergers and acquisitions investment banking. These transactions collectively total more than $6 billion in volume.
