Lincoln Tapped to Lease Kennesaw Office Building

Lincoln Property Company Southeast will be leasing 1075 Big Shanty Road, a premier office building in Kennesaw, GA, owned by The Atlantic Companies. Lincoln’s Executive Vice President Michael Howell, Vice President Caroline Fisher and Leasing Associate Robert deGolian will handle leasing.

The 72,000-square-foot building boasts 15.37 acres of beautiful grounds in the Town Center area. It’s near Kennesaw State University and retail, dining and entertainment destinations.

Previously Lincoln was awarded the leasing assignment for nearby Chastain Meadows, also owned by The Atlantic Companies.

“Our team is pleased to work alongside The Atlantic Companies in providing leasing services to these two projects,” said Lincoln’s Fisher. “The proximity to nearby amenities and direct access to major interstates position both of these assets as leading options in the submarket. With ownership’s recent improvements to Chastain Meadows now complete, we look forward to introducing top-tier tenants to both properties.”
