Lincoln Secures Two New Deals at Park Central

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has signed two new deals at Park Central, a 213,165-square-foot office building in Atlanta’s North Druid Hills/Northlake submarket. Lincoln’s Hunter Henritze, Matt Fergus and Seabie Hickson handle leasing on behalf of the owner, TerraCap Management LLC.

Telespecialist, a physician-owned management service organization providing emergent and non-emergent neurology patient care via telemedicine, signed a 9,000-square-foot lease in a direct deal. 

Broadway Across America, presenter and producer of live theatrical events in the U.S. and Canada, signed a 1,400-square-foot lease at Park Central. David Pope of Lavista Associates represented the tenant.

Located inside the Atlanta perimeter at Clairmont and North Druid Hills, Park Central is a state-of-the-art facility. TerraCap invested nearly $3.4 million in renovations in 2018, including upgrades to building systems, common areas and amenities. Additional property features include free covered parking, on-site café, fitness center, 24-hour security, and conference center.

About Angela Noote

Angela Noote is a native of Northern California and graduated from Chico State with a degree in public relations. After college she moved to the Central Coast and worked first in ad sales then in editorial, eventually spending more than a decade as a print reporter and editor. She detoured into design work at a printer/publisher, and with a partner eventually opened a boutique full-service marketing agency. Moving into corporate communications, she built and managed several successful marketing teams in the hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Most recently she was an internal comms manager in the tech sector. After a long stint spent in Georgia (Go Dawgs), she moved to Baton Rouge, LA and has written for clients in the financial, luxury imports, higher ed, commercial cleaning, and medical equipment industries. Her son is a media arts major at the University of South Carolina, and her husband owns a comedy theater in Baton Rouge, where you can often find Angi teaching improv classes, leading corporate training events, or doing an occasional stand up set.
