Lincoln Secures Midtown Atlanta Full-Building Lease

Lincoln Property Company Southeast has negotiated a full-building lease to Spaces at 1372 Peachtree in Midtown Atlanta. Lincoln Executive Vice President Michael Howell, Executive Vice President Hunter Henritze and Vice President Caroline Fisher handled leasing on behalf of the landlord.

Spaces offers dynamic office rental options, including coworking space, virtual workspaces and communal breakout areas. The company signed a 38,451-square-foot lease for the entire building.

The three-story, Class-A office building is located at Peachtree Street and 17th Street. More than $7.5 million worth of improvements have been made at the building by the landlord.

“We’re excited to close this deal with Spaces and bring flexible workspace to 1372 Peachtree. In the heart of Midtown, the modern environment of 1372 Peachtree is the ideal coworking location for companies seeking a flexible alternative to long-term office space within Atlanta’s most desired submarket,” said Lincoln’s Henritze.
