Lincoln Residential and Gilbane Building recently celebrated the topping-out on a new residential high-rise residential in Chicago's Uptown neighborhood

Lincoln Residential and Gilbane Top Out on Uptown High-Rise

Lincoln Residential and Gilbane Building Company recently gathered to celebrate the topping-out on a new high-rise residential development at 4600 N. Marine Dr. in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago. This achievement marks the completion of the poured-in-place concrete structure for the development.

“We are pleased to see our shared vision take shape as we move closer to the completion of construction,” said Joe Segobiano, Lincoln Property Company SVP. “This brings us one step closer to welcoming our first residents later this year.”

Upon completion, the 12-story building will incorporate 300-plus residential apartments consisting of studio, one-, and two-bedroom styles, affordable units and an above-ground parking garage. The courtyard-style structure is planned to feature a grand lobby with a café bar, bike room, clubroom, extensive remote workspaces and a 12th-floor private dining room. It will feature local artwork throughout the community.
